MGPS Installation

1. Component sales

  1. Brisson Consult can supply your project with Medicalgrade Cu-pipes according to ISO13348 and fittings according to EN1254-4 as well as pressure equipment from a variety of producers. We can deliver equipments from GCE, QMT, Schönn, Gregersen and if you have another preferable product, we will strive to meet your expectations.
  2. We have common sizes of pipe and fittings on stock in Denmark, with day-to-day delivery.
  3. We can design AGSS according to EN/ISO7396-02 – outlet, piping and pump-system prepared for oxygen enriched atmosphere.
  4. Brisson Consult Can help by choosing Plume systems according to ISO16571 incl. demand control-unit in the surgical pendant and outlet, piping and pump-system.
  5. We can lower your CO2-footprint by installing a Low-flow N2O-destructor, to your Maternity-ward to reduce the Hospital contribution to CO2-polution (N2O = 298 CO2e), together with AGSS. We

2. Design of MGPS

  1. At Brisson Consult we design MGPS according to EN/ISO7396-01 & 02 on the basis principal of HTM02-01 or FD S 90-155. We have certification as AP in MGPS acc. HTM02-01 and certification within the Swedish norm SIS HB 370.
  2. Brisson Consult strive to make at simple but robust design of a MGPS which is simple to operate both in daily life and in critical situations. This is done with focus on a cost-effective equipment both during installation but also during many years of maintenance.
  3. Preparing the paperworks for CE-marking and MDR745.

3. Project review

  1. Brisson Consult have a large knowledge-based experience regarding Project review. The review will be with focus on robustness, simplicity and of cause prize and quality.

4. Professional supervision of MGPS-contractor (Contractor Supervisor officer)

  1. Brisson Consult have a long-proven track record of professional supervision on a building site within MGPS. We have worked both as contractor and client and therefore have focus on cost-benefit solutions, that is in compliance with the medical norms and at the same time is buildable and maintainable for the client.
  2. Brisson Consul work with digital tools for reporting the supervision.

5. Installation

  1. Brisson Consult do all sizes af installation, from minor refurbishments to large turn-key installation with Air- and vacuum-supply sources.
  2. We can help you by installing a N2O-destructor to your Maternity-ward to reduce the Hospital contribution to CO2-polution (N2O = 298 CO2e)
  3. At the end of an installation there will be conducted a full Control according to EN/ISO7396-01 with calibrated gauges and if you want a control according to European Pharmacopoeia (Ph.Eur.)
  4. We can plan refurbishment onto the MGPS while the hospital is in full service

6. EN/ISO7396-control program

  1. Brisson Consult conduct a full control program with all calibrated instruments according to EN/ISO7396-01
  2. We can perform a screening for particles in the gas (0,3 my-5 my particles)
  3. We work with digital tools for reporting the control

7. Ph. Eur. Control of medical compressed air

  1. Brisson Consult conduct control according to the European Pharmacopoeia (Ph.Eur.) on-site
  2. We can also perform a screening for particles in the gas (0,3 my-5 my particles)

9. Risk Assessment ISO14971

  1. Brisson Consult can conduct a yearly Risk Assessment
